Obituary of Francesco Liburdi

Francesco Liburdi passed away peacefully, at home at the age of 88. Loving husband for 63 years to Antonia (nee Ferri). Cherished father of late Anna Maria, Giuseppina (Frank) Sirianni, Giovanni (Kim), and Domenico. Beloved son of the late Paolo and Francesca Liburdi, and son-in-law of Filippo and Francesca Ferri. Caro Nonno of Brendan (Alyssa) Sirianni and Ryan Sirianni. Dear brother of the late Giuseppe (late Margherita), late Vincenzo (Vincenzina), late Michele (late Roseanna), late Benedetto (Filomena), late Mario (Michelina), Giovanna (late Angelo) Liolli, and Tom (late Bonnie) all of Windsor. Brother in law of the late Elisa (Agostino), Late Romolo (Maria), late Vincenzo (Antonietta), Pasqualina (late Luigi), and Michelina (late Pippo) all of Ceccano, Italy. He is survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins in Canada and Italy. Francesco was a member to local 444 and retired with 36 years at Chrysler. He was a founding member of the Ciociaro Club. Family and friends will be received at Windsor Chapel - Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd. E.) on Sunday, April 21, 2024 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 11am. Entombment to follow at Greenlawn Memorial Garden (1805 Hwy 3, Oldcastle).
