Dear Connie and Family, we are incredibly sorry to hear of Tony's passing. He was a hard working and kind man who loved nothing more than his family. He once said to me that it was everything to him. As your neighbours for over 20 years, he was always planning bigger and better for Halloween and Christmas decorating. The Halloween came down the day after and he was already on the roof putting the Santa and all the reindeer up there! It brought joy to many people. A couple of years ago your front yard was used as a back drop for the Highland Dancers who loved all of it and my friend asked could you call your neighbours and ask if that would be ok? Of course you said yes and that video was made with all of Tony's hard work on display. He took great care in making the largest wagon for his grandchildren we have ever seen with it's own steering wheel! He took great care of this house and even shoveling the bus stop area so no one had to stand in a snowbank to get on the bus. We will miss his presence greatly and seeing him relaxing on the front porch during summer. His kindess will live on in many people's hearts. Deepest condolences to all of you, we are sending love and strength to all.

Prayer for Tony, a wonderful man a great Godfather and Compare.
Dear Lord
Antonio “Tony ” is gone now from this earthly dwelling,
and has left behind those who mourn his absence.
Grant that we may hold his
memory dear,
never bitter for what we have lost
nor in regret for the past,
but always in hope of the eternal Kingdom
where you will bring us together again.
Through Christ our Lord.
Amen

Dear Mrs. Tiberia, Mike and Diana, Carla and Ignazio and your beautiful children, I am so sorry and saddened to hear of Tony's passing. Tony was a good, hardworking man, someone you can be (and I'm sure you are) very proud of. He had a way of making everyone feel special, like you were important, regardless of who you were. That was especially the case with children. I can still hear his "hey buddy!" to our kids when he would see them. I can just imagine how spoiled and lucky his beloved grandchildren were. He couldn't contain his smile when speaking about them. It was my honour and pleasure to know him first as the father of a friend and then later to work beside him at Columbia Machine Tool. He had a way to figure things out. No problem was too big. Give him a minute, let him think about it (you could see the wheels turning) and he would come up with a solution. I can only imagine your pain and grief, but that only speaks of how much he meant to you. Cherish the memories and know that his family meant the world to him (his face would change when talking about you, all of you). May God bless his soul and may he give you all the strength to endure these difficult times. Know that he was, and is, very proud of you.
Love, Vjence Jurkovic

On April 10th our hockey family lost a father, grandfather, and what I’d consider a “super fan”. Condolences go out to the entire Tiberia family on the sudden and unexpected passing of Luca’s grandfather Tony Tiberia.
Although Tony may have seemed like a quiet supporter on our side of the stands, he was far from that. Famous for his distinct “Let’s go Belle River” yell before many / most puck drops, Tony really gained popularity when he offered to fight Lou Ferrigno during one of our tournaments. Had it not been for Mike yelling at his father, the world would have witnessed who the real Hulk was that day.
It didn’t matter if Tony came to the rink alone with his wife Connie or brought the entire Soprano entourage, what mattered was that he always came and always supported everyone. He wasn’t just there to cheer on his grandson, he was there to cheer on The Team. Tony was a proud supporter of all our boys and ingrained himself into our circus without judgement. After the games, Tony always offered a firm handshake to parents, telling them that their son played well, even when we as the parent may not have thought so.
This type of dedication and support for an entire team rather than a single individual is what made Tony a super fan. Although our boys are still too young to realize this, as an adult these are characteristics that I applaud.
So on behalf of our entire Hockey Family, Thank You Tony Tiberia for your support and sharing in our hockey adventure, it was an enjoyable ride for us too!

It is with broken hearts that we extend our deepest condolences and prayers, as we grieve the loss of your adoring husband, loving father, and proud Nonno; his grandchildren’s hero and biggest fan. Tony was all that we should strive to be in life. We were privileged to call him family. We are forever thankful for the special love that he had for our son Sergio, who simply adored Zio Tony, and most recently baby Lorenzo. May you find comfort in knowing that the love of Tony is eternal, and will live on forever in the countless lives he has touched. With sympathy, Sergio, Sarah, Sergio Rosario and Lorenzo Stagno.

Tony ranked as one of the most kindest people we've ever met. He had the kindest, warmest eyes and gentle smile. He was generous, patient, and as calm as a floating feather on a warm sunny day. He was so welcoming to us in his own home, and always present in conversation. We will miss him and his aw-inspiring light displays for halloween and Christmas!! They were award-winning!! He was a true angel on earth and he will never be forgotten. We will miss him very much.
Love, Pino and Julia
