It is with a heavy heart that we share the passing of Helen F. Davis on April 11, 2024 in Windsor, Ontario at the impressive age of 99. An extraordinary mother, daughter, sister, grandmother, aunt, and friend to many, Helen will be dearly missed and fondly remembered. Born on June 6, 1924 in Saskatchewan to Harry Campbell and Charlotte Campbell (nee Akey), Helen was a schoolteacher for 25 years and was an avid volunteer in the Windsor community. Cherished sister of Harry Campbell and Mary Staples. Loving mother to Terry “Tody” Davis (Laurie), the late Rick Davis (1997), the late Tom Davis (1991), Jim Davis (Anne Marie), and Mari-Ann Campbell (Frank). Beloved grandmother to Vanessa Davis, Colin Campbell, Erin Campbell (Jordan), Logan Davis, Sarah Davis, Andy Stuart and Jessie Hall. Proud great-grandmother to Ella, Dawson, Avery, Francesca, Mckinley, Kaydence, Jaeda, Kurt, Aubree and Presley. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Lifelong friend to Alice Calibaba.  Many thanks to the loving and caring staff at the Villages of St. Clair. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (South Chapel), 3048 Dougall Avenue (519-253-7236) on Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  A Celebration of Life will be held in the chapel on Helen’s 100 birthday on June 6, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Windsor Downtown Mission.
