Dear Velma: I am sure you don't remember me, however. when working at the Small Claims Court back in the 70's and 80's, we met a few times. This was during the time Norando was our acting judge. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him on several occasions. I will always remember his wit, patience and especially his humor. It was truly a joy to even be in the company of this man, and I considered it an honor to work with him when I did. You have my deepest sympathies, but his legacy will certainly live on. Anyone who was ever associated with him will remember him fondly. Susan Pillon
