It is with broken hearts that we announce the passing of Lois Janet (Couvia) Diamond. Lois passed peacefully at Hotel Dieu Palliative Care on February 27, 2024 after a brief illness. Predeceased by parents, Lena (Royant) and Albert Couvia, her infant brother Harold, sister Gloria and her in-laws, Ernest and Virginia Diamond and Meme. Lois is celebrating her reunion with her loving husband Robert and son Michael whom she adored. Crash Diamond was loved and will be missed by her daughter Lori and her son-in-law Frank Pare and Daughter-in-law Michelle (Perreault) Diamond. Lois was adored by her many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and their spouses and soon to be great great baby, Lois loved to remind them that she was the "Great" aunt because she was great. They will all miss her love, humour, generosity and her teasing nature. Lois is survived by her sister and best friend for life, Barbara Brew and her big brother Donald (Buck) Couvia who spoiled her rotten from the time that she was a tot. Lois loved her family and friends and was loyal to all. They were her priority and biggest joy in her life. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E (519)253-7235 on Saturday March 2, 2024 from 2 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm. Visitation will continue on Sunday March 3, 2024 from 12noon until her funeral service at 1:00pm in the chapel. Cremation to follow.
