Obituary of Joyce Isabella Winterburn

WINTERBURN, Joyce Isabella A mother holds her childrens' hand for awhile, their hearts forever. Passed away peacefully with her family by her side on October 28, 2008 at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital. Loving mother (in combat boots) to Gloria Hutchinson (Don), Norra Taylor, David Winterburn (Ruth), Alan Winterburn, Scott Winterburn (1985), Gay Doyle (David), Joy Gaudet (Roch), Dawn Begley (Jim). Adoring grandmother to 13 grandchildren. Dear sister to June Hindshaw Bill. Daughter of Thelma & the Late Ernest (1984). Joyce was retired from Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus as a registered nurse. Joyce was a member of Essex & Kent Scottish Association, R.C.L. Branch 578, Navy Club and Women's Bowling Association. At Joyce's request, cremation has taken place. Donations may be made to the Windsor-Essex County Humane Society.
