HAUGH, Marilyn Margaret

Marilyn is now reunited with her beloved husband Lloyd Haugh (2005). They were high school sweethearts and happily married for 54 years. Daughter of the late Henry Harvey Miracle and Marie Estelle. Loving mother of the late Michael (2019) & wife Cathie, Michele Hom & husband Bill. Cherished grandmother of Bridget, Meagan and Caitlin Haugh; Anthony and Carissa Hom.

Marilyn is retired from General Motors (Canada and United States). She also enjoyed her volunteer work at Met Hospital, the Canadian Cancer Society and Goodwill. Lloyd and Marilyn were members of Beach Grove where he was President for many years. Marilyn was the first woman elected to St. Clair Beach Council where she continued to serve and eventually became deputy mayor. She was involved with the Essex County Library,  Board of Directors for AMO, was a member of the Windsor Horticultural Board and enjoyed working in her very large garden. Marilyn loved to travel and enjoyed trips to Spain, Italy, Australia, New Zealand and Africa. Marilyn was laid to rest beside her husband at Victoria Memorial Gardens.
