MAYEA- Sarah Ann "Sallie" (Nee Head)
Passed away peacefully on January 29, 2024 at the age of 79 years. Reunited with her loving husband Robert (2008) and daughter Christine Hyttenrauch (Nee Mayea 2006). Loving mother of Robert (Anne-Marie) and James (Lisa). Loving Meme of Tyler, Gabrielle, Bryce (Jill), Andrew, Devyn (Olivia), Payton (Maddy) and Mason. Loving Meme meme of Sayler. Dear sister of the late Charlie and Pat Head, and late Tom Head. Dear Sister-in-law of Ruth Ann Head, Larry and Loretta Mayea. Dear Aunt and great aunt of several nieces and nephews. Sallie was always active with Riverside Minor Baseball Association and the Ladies Auxiliary with the Riverside Minor Hockey Association serving in many capacities as a Board of Director, Coach and a Volunteer. Her exemplinary commitment and legacy with Riverside Minor Sports will never be forgotten. Her countless hours and dedication to the sports community to better the enjoyment of sports whether through her children, grandchildren and many others. She encouraged and helped so many and will always remain close to our families heart. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd E (519) 253-7235 on Monday February 5, 2024 from 2 to 5pm and 7 to 9pm. Prayers Monday at 4:30pm. Visitation will continue on Tuesday February 6, 2024 at St. John Vianney Church (385 Dieppe St.) from 10:00am until time of funeral mass at 10:30am. Cremation to follow.
