Obituary of Elizabeth Hewitt

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Liz on January 23, 2024 at 85 years of age. Loving wife to Doug (2017) with whom they shared 55 years of marriage. Loving mom of Shannon (Randy) Levac, Glenn (Angela), Bret (Tara), and Todd (Wendy). Awesome Grandma of Cole, Brock, Reece, Andrew, David, Alex, Elwood, Caley, and Jared. Liz loved Sunday lunches with her family and was always working on a crossword puzzle or Sudoku. She loved to laugh and was always quick with a witty remark to give you a laugh and smile. She was a self proclaimed hugger and all would agree she did give the very best hugs. Memorial Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234 on Sunday, January 28, 2024 from 1-4 p.m. A private family service to be held later. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Parkinson's Society or to a charity of choice.
