Obituary of Kevin Patrick Keane

KEANE, Kevin Patrick

65 years.  Born November 26,1958, passed away December 13, 2023. Predeceased by his father, Christopher Joseph Keane in 2011 at 79 years, his mother, Patricia Frances Keane (nee Docherty) in 2023 at 86 years, his sister, Susan Patricia Keane in 1997 at 39 years and his brother, Christopher Dennis Keane in 2004 at 40 years. Will be sadly missed by his sister Sandra and her husband, Mike Kozij, nieces and nephews.  Kevin was loved by many, his mischievous demeanour and gift for story telling brought much joy to the many people involved in his life. His ability to make others laugh will be cherished and missed dearly. Kevin was also a very talented man and could succeed at whatever he put his hand to. Many benefited from his willingness to work and lend that helping hand.  Kevin's faith was in Christ, yet his weakness was his drug addiction which he struggled with to the end.  Our prayer is that his memory will bring a smile to your lips and warmth to your heart.  Cremation has taken place.  Kevin’s ashes will be interred in Ireland with family at a later date.  Donations to The Downtown Mission of Windsor, 875 Ouellette Ave., Windsor, Ontario N9A 4J6 ph. 519-973-5573 would be appreciated by the family.  Memories and condolences can be shared online at www.windsorchapel.com
