Obituary of Elzbieta a.k.a. Elizabeth Chojnacki

CHOJNACKI, Elizabeth (Tila ) It is with saddened hearts that we express the passing of our beloved mom & grandma on October 15, 2008 at the age of 56 . Devoted and loved mom of Paula Chojnacki and Milena Chojnacki & husband Michael Blaise. Devoted grandma of Dessym. Loving daughter of Boleslawa Kondrat & the late Feliks - Poland. Dear sister of Marek Kondrat - Windsor, Henek Kondrat, Tadek Kondrat - Poland with their families. Cherished friend of Marie Pinard , Danuta Nogal and will be sadly missed by her co-workers and many dear friends. Survived by nieces and nephews in Poland. Elizabeth was employed with Community Living Windsor for over 15 years and a member of the Women's Polish Club. Elizabeth gave the Gift of Life to 4 recipients, her generosity and love of life will live on. Visiting at the Windsor Chapel Funeral Home 1700 Tecumseh Rd East (519-253-7234) on Friday from 2 to 5 & 7 to 9 PM. Prayers Friday at 8:00 PM. Relatives and friends are requested to meet at the Windsor Chapel on Saturday October 18, 2008 at 9:15 AM from the funeral home then to Holy Trinity Polish Catholic Church for funeral mass at 10:00 AM. Cremation to follow. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Ontario would be greatly appreciated by the family.
