Obituary of Patrick "Pat" Wedemire

Passed away peacefully at the age of 39 years. Patrick will be greatly missed by his cherished Mother, Gloria Wedemire. A special thanks to the staff at Community Living Windsor for the exceptional support they provided Patrick over the years.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Chapel 11677 Tecumseh Road E. (519-253-7235) on Wednesday, December 27th, 2023 from 11-1pm, until time of service at 1pm. Cremation to follow. To express condolences and memories to the family, please refer to the online guest book.
