Obituary of Natale "Tony" Guarino

Natale “Tony” Guarino passed away peacefully on December 20, 2023 with his family by his side. Reunited in heaven with his beloved wife Maria (2017). Loving father to Domenic (Colleen), Frank (Shelee), and Pina (Pete). Cherished Nonno to Matthew, Michaela, Celina, and Sophia. Survived by sister Antonietta (Francesco). Predeceased by sister Lucia Rachele. Brother-in-law of Gino (Anna) Fantetti, and Nicolina Tempesta. Reunited with his parents Domenico and Maria. He will be dearly missed by his many nieces and nephews in Canada and Italy. Tony retired from the University of Windsor in 2000. Tony loved his garden, and loved to be surrounded by family and friends where he loved to tell stories and jokes. He made lots of sacrifices for the well-being of his family. A visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. 519-253-7234. On Wednesday, December 27, 2023 from 2:00-5:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm. Parish prayers at 7:30 pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at 10:00 am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
