Obituary of Arthur Authier

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Arthur Authier at the age of 77 on November 10, 2023, after a battle with cancer. Arthur is survived by his loving wife Elizabeth (Beth). He was a loving father to Deanna (Joel) Lapos and Becky (Carisa) Authier-Lau. Arthur was a proud grandfather to Quinn and Lennox Authier-Lau. He was also a Papa to Nathan and Zachary LaLonde. Dear brother of Ron Authier (Jean). He was also brother-in-law to Beth’s siblings and their spouses, as well as an uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. A special thanks to the many friends and family who have provided love, support, and assistance to him during this journey. Arthur was an avid Maple Leaf’s and Spitfires fan who was quick witted and never had a shortage of dad jokes. Visitation will occur on Friday, November 17, 2023 from 4pm - 9pm with prayers at 6pm at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home (1700 Tecumseh Rd., E., Windsor). A funeral mass will occur on Saturday, November 18, 2023 at 11:00am at Immaculate Heart Parish (2153 Parkwood Ave., Windsor) In Lieu of flowers, charitable donations can be made to Little Hands Kids for a Cause.
