Obituary of Margaret Malott

MALOTT, Margaret March 4, 1958 - February 4, 2020 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of a beautiful soul, Margaret. Predeceased by husband Douglas Malott. Dear wife of Greg Disher. Cherished mother to Dougie (Jennifer), Daniel (Sarah) and Katherine DeLisle (Mark). Beloved grandmother to James and Justin Riberdy. Predeceased by parents Doreen and Herman Renaud. Beloved sister to late Roger, late Jeanette, Raymond (Debbie), Theresa (Stewart and late Robert), Ernie (Gina) and Rose (late John). She will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews, her dog, Patch, and late dog Barkley and cat Trooper and all of her grand-fur babies. Margaret loved camping, fishing and spending time in nature with her family. She was such a caring person and mother. She served the community at Ashley’s Place and the Downtown Mission and helped anyone in need. She had music in her soul and expressed that through DJing and Karaoke. She will be dearly missed by all those who she leaves behind. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. East, 519-253-7234, on Monday, February 10, 2020 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel at 8 p.m. Cremation to Follow. Margaret will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 12 p.m. In kindness, donations may be made to Ashley’s Place or the Downtown Mission.
