Obituary of Weldu Kidanu

Weldu Kidanu

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, Weldu Kidanu. He was a remarkable man who dedicated his life to providing a better future for his daughters, Azieb, Aden, and Eleni Kidanu, and his loving wife Brhan. Weldu's unwavering work ethic, love for his family and determination for a better future led him to leave his homeland in Tigray, Ethiopia, and forge a new path in Canada. With his educational background and unparalleled work ethic, he was able to provide a foundation for his family as well as his community. Weldu played an instrumental role in founding the Tigrayan church in Windsor, Ontario, a testament to his deep-rooted faith and commitment to preserving his cultural heritage and enriching the lives of his community. His selflessness and dedication to his family and community will forever be cherished and remembered. We will miss him dearly, and take solace in knowing that his spirit will continue to guide and inspire us. May his soul find eternal peace.
