Obituary of Kosana Stankov

Stankov, Kosana Passed away peacefully with family by her side on October 22, 2023 at the age of 86. Reunited with husband of 66 years, Voislav “Wally”. Beloved Mother to Emilia (Late Stanislav) Bandulj. Adored Baba to Tanja (Tomica) Todoroski and Natasha Bandulj. Born to Dobromir and Darinca Marcov, on July 6, 1937 in Gelu, Romania. Predeceased by her brother Srbislav Marcov. Kosana will be missed by her niece Iasmina (Dragan) Rotaru, her great niece Dragana (Adi) and their daughter Tiana (of Romania). Kumovi of Ljubica Achimov (late Svetozar) and family (of Ottawa). She will be missed by her extended family and friends in Romania, Canada and the United States. Family would like to give a special thanks to the Team of Erie Shores Healthcare and the Palliative Care team of Hotel Dieu Grace Health care. Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. With parish prayers at 7 p.m. Visitation will continue on Friday, October 27, 2023, from 11 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service at 12 p.m. in the Chapel with Fr. Marko Dimic officiating. Burial to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Saint Petka Serbian Orthodox Church (Lakeshore).
