Obituary of Jean Chenier

CHENIER, Jean Louis

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Jean Chenier on August 21, 2023 at the age of 50. He leaves behind his great love, Cathy Pelletier (Kat) and his two adoring daughters Jessica and Juliana (Brayden). Forever cherished by his extended family Eric (Becca) Pelletier and Noah (Martha) Pelletier. Jean is a special Pepe to Fulton, Domenic, Cohen and Carmella. He will never be forgotten by fur baby Maggie. Jean was born on October 6, 1972 to parents Jean and Pauline Chenier. Brother to Paul (Melissa), favourite uncle to Emma and Mathieu.

Jean will be missed by extended family, many friends and his special hunting brothers. He was a dedicated outdoorsman and chef. He was always found outdoors with his special fur baby, gardening, cooking, or zipping around on his mini truck. Through his many jobs and adventures, he created laughter and joy to everyone who knew him.

We will all miss him greatly.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel - Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E) Friday, August 25, 2023 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Visitation will continue on Saturday, August 26, 2023 at 10am until the time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11am. Cremation to follow in Jean’s wishes.
