Dear Ruth, Kristen, and family, We send heartfelt sympathy to you all on the loss of your so-loved husband, dad, and grandfather. Though his homegoing began with his hearing, without a doubt, a joyous "Well done!!" from the Lord he served wholeheartedly, the loss for all of you is immense and painful. You have been much in our prayers to feel His comfort, love, and strength, and will continue to be as you walk this hard road. So many memories - of Bethel "C.A.'s", pizza at the Volcano afterward (when we all could afford it), heading out wherever the latest youth rally would be held, music!, fervent prayer times!, Braeside!, beach days at Pt Pelee, parties, double-dating, always driving sedately and with great caution.....well... And always, Frank was the background guy with the no-fail big smile ensuring no-one was left out and everyone had a ride and felt welcome. And when he found Ruth, that was it for them both. Though we've not seen each other in many years, we've heard about Frank's constancy, his unfailing commitment to his Lord, his mission to ensure no-one was left out and everyone felt welcome...how many lives he's enriched! We're grateful you have such a huge support network going forward, and a loving Heavenly Father who will minister to you exactly what you need, and keep you in His care. Our condolences to Ruth and the family. Frank will be dearly missed. He was forever a man of integrity and generosity of spirit. He was a pillar in the church community and good friends with my mom and dad (Pastor George and Ruby Carroll). I know he and my mom will have a few heart to heart chats in heaven. Dear Ruth Kristin, Noah and Emily and family. So very sorry for your loss. What an amazing man and definitely a pillar in the church. It's people like Frank that made Parkwood and University Gospel Temple an Incredible place to worship and gather as a family. Frank was a good listener and always made you feel like you could Come to him to discuss Just about anything. He gave sound advice. And it was always Biblically accurate. He will be missed.
