Jay and the entire McKeon family. Words are not enough to express my deepest sympathy for your loss. Jimmy was such a huge part of our family growing up. He and my brother Nick were inseparable and boy did the two of them make me and my girlfriends laugh. It was like having another big brother around . Unfortunately both my parents have passed and old photos are not so easily accessible but if they were, I know many of them would have included Jimmy.
I remember going to bars with Jim and my brother and listen to Don play in his band.
Great memories.
Years passed, distance grew and we rarely would cross paths but when we did , there was always a big smile and hug shared and reference made of being "Nickies little sister "
May you rest in peace Jim.
God bless you and your family.

Jay, Joel, Jackie and Jillian I am sorry for your loss. I am retired and not have seen Jim for 2 years but the news shocks and saddens me deeply. I have known Jim for many years. I have worked with him for about 30 years in the plastics industry at Knapp Plastics , Siemens and most recently as a plastic material supplier to Plasman. We have travelled many times together to England, US and Canada. I have so many stories and good times with him. He could make you laugh regardless of the situation we were in.

Jimmy, jimmy jimmy where do I start? First of all my deepest condolences to the Mckeown family. Jimmy and I did a lot of growing up together between motorcycling, playing cards, and even vacationing together. One of my best vacations to this day, was our trip to Venezuela so much fun so many laughs. (Oh yeah and a lot of Gino Vannelli tunes)He was best best man at my wedding. I could not have chosen a better best man. I can tell stories all day long, about our crazy times together but it seems as we got older we grew apart till this day I still don’t know why. He will be deeply missed I sure will may you rest in peace bud.

Uncle Jim
You were so many things to so many people...a "work dad", a best friend, a beloved little brother and son, a respected boss, a sarcastic "old man", a soul mate and husband, a loving father... and as the photos clearly show, you were one cool Uncle.
One of my favourite memories was a trip to Wally world, with Jilly, Jackie and Joel. On the drive up, a radio station had some sort of technical error and kept playing the song "Diamonds and Pearls" by Prince on repeat, and Uncle Jim made us keep listening to it until we could sing all the words.
I love you, I miss you, and I will forever hear your contagious laugh in my head....and the lyrics to Diamonds and Pearls.
Rest in Peace, Uncle Jim.

To say the news of Jim’s passing was a shock is an understatement! I first met Jimmy when we worked together at LDM in Leamington and was so happy to know I would work with him again at Plasman,’it was nice walking into a new place with the familiar face of someone I considered a friend. I left in 2020 but always thought of Jimmy and my other work family/friends. I can’t imagine what his family is going through and my heart goes out to them all. He was the kindest and funniest guy I ever worked with and the loss of his presence in the plant will be felt for a very long time I suspect. Rest easy Jimmy.

To say we are all heartbroken is a true understatement. The W1M world is totally different in Jim's absence, and his loss will be felt for many days and weeks to come. We all shared a deep respect for Jim, as he was truly so much more than a colleague to many of us.
To Jay, Jillian, Joel and Jackie - you and your families have been in our thoughts and prayers since hearing the news yesterday. You were ALWAYS the most important part of his days, and truly the lights of his life. We would often have conversations about life, family, and the world beyond our workdays, which made our relationship very special to me. I will miss the daily interaction, the inside jokes, and treats we would share back and forth - especially Jay's banana bread!!
Kid Dynamite - you will always be a rock star to me!
Sending much love, and my deepest condolences to you all,
Josie, Jon and Carly B

There is family then there is work. But you also have your “work family” that is undeniable a huge part of your life. You spend more time with them than the family you created sometimes. So love the ones your with. And we did…. Jimmy was the rock that grounded us and comic relief when we needed it most. I had a connection with Jimmy because I could relate with him as my “work dad”. He reminded me so much of my own father and what stands out the most was how he LOVED HIS FAMILY. He was so proud of the beautiful family he created with the love of his life Jay. This is crushing to his work family and we are all thankful for the joy and smiles he brought to all of us when it mattered most
