He was a Wonderful man that truly loved his wife, children and all of his Family and Friends. He will be deeply missed. Rick is at peace now!! My condolences to Carolyn, Ryan , Danielle and Rick's siblings. I've know Rick and Carolyn for more than 50 years. We did so many things together mostly early in our lives. My deepest condolences to Rick's family. He was a great guy. Very talented and principled. We had a great time going to the Montreal candidates' conference in 2005....and we have been friends and Conservative colleagues ever since. Rick was a huge advocate for our region in all aspects, and wrote terrific articles and postings accordingly. We could always count on Rick for wisdom and advice. I will miss you my friend.
