Dear Richard & Jennifer, I was saddened to hear about Marilyn. I really liked her. She and I first met in the 70's when we were both quite young and involved in some community activity or another. We often crossed paths over the years but lost touch this past while. She was always sweet and open whenever we met. I never heard her complain about her illness. I understand the strength that that must have taken. I knew that she was in pain much of the time and how difficult it was for her to get around. She reminded me of my father. He went blind after years of living with juvenile diabetes. Both were determined fighters who overcame great odds to lead normal lives. They just got up and did whatever job needed to be done. What wonderful role models for their children. I haven't seen Jennifer since she was a little girl. Marilyn adored her. I'm sure that her Mom left her with many good memories and a lot of laughs. I didn't know that she was an East Coaster.....that explains a lot. I hold all of you in my heart and prayers. Love, Louise Mayville Louise Mayville
