I was saddened to hear about Patricia’s passing. She was a wonderful lady and one of my favourite Dollarama customers. I was grateful to have had the opportunity to see her at the store before her passing . We shared a hug and a kiss and I will always cherish this moment. My thoughts and prayers are with her family. Patsy was our northern neighbor and friend. We will miss the stories she shared with a sense of humor (water skiing in a wheelchair, driving a speedboat, dancing). She was always up for a conversation and a cup of tea. Patsy took on the role of cottage Nana to Ian and Gloria. As they grew up the kids shared their latest treasures from T and T and she provided the sweet treats. There were many fashion shows and demonstrations. She was a cheer leader for all the kids learning to ski. She was very inspirational in sharing her positive outlook with others. We will miss her and cherish the memories we have. Our condolences to all family members, Kirk, Michelle, Ian and Gloria

To the Steed and Mazzali family. We are shocked and saddened by the news of Patsty's passing. We are so very sorry for your great loss. Patsy was an amazing woman who had great strength and tenacity who overcame such challenges and who loved life to it's fullest. We loved the visits and chats when she and Roy would come to the store and loved the stories that Patsy would tell us. She always made us laugh. I would like to send my sincere condolences to the family of Patricia Steed. I have met her several times with my friend from New Brunswick Venia Peddie Renalds. Patricia was a very welcoming and warm lady and made me feel very comfortable in her presence. Please know I’m sure you will miss her very much but keep her memories she has left you close to your heart and I’m sure she will never be far from you with her love surrounding you forever until you meet again. It was a great pleasure to be able to meet her. Her keen sense of humour is what I’ll remember most about her. May she rest in peace. Sincerely Char Semande
