KRISTO, Mara November 16, 1948 - August 19, 2008 Passed away peacefully on August 19, 2008, after a courageous battle against cancer. Precious daughter to the late Ante and Ruza Kristo. Loving sister to Nikola (Ann) Kristo, Nediljka (Mijo) Kutlesa, Mile (Jelka) Kristo, Matija (Vinko) Rozic. Dear aunt to 13 nieces and nephews. Beloved great aunt to 15 great nieces and nephews. Mara was known as Sestra Mihajela for 22 years with the Sestre Franjevke od Bezgresnog Zaceca in Dubrovnik. Visitation at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. East on Friday, August 22, 2008 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Prayers Friday at 8 p.m. Funeral Services on Saturday, August 23, 2008 at 9:15 a.m. from the Chapel then to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Catholic Church for Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Interment to take place at a later date in Prisoje, Bosna. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a Charity of your choice or to St. Francis of Assisi Croatian Church Building Fund.
