Obituary of Rose Lukacs

LUKACS, ROSE Peacefully after a lengthy illness on August 17, 2008 at the age of 83 years. Predeceased by husband Joseph (1987). Dearest mom to Ellie & husband Paul Gaspar - Bonita Springs, Fla., Elizabeth Collins - Tecumseh, Susan & husband Stephen Gaspar - Windsor and Joseph & wife Gail Lukacs - Harrow. Cherished grandma to Susan Collins & fiance Aaron Pellerin, David Collins & fiancee Janet Prevost, Kevin Collins, Meghan Gaspar & fiance Aaron McCarthy, Ryan and Tom Gaspar, Michael, Jake and Steven Lukacs. Rose was a former member of St. Anthony's Hungarian Catholic Church, Mindszenty Hall and Sacred Heart Church ( Windsor ). She will be forever remembered for her great cooking, gardening , love of books and home made afghans which Rose donated to Brentwood and to many local churches. Rose will be missed for her kindness shown to her many dear friends at Heron Terrace and Banwell Gardens , her unwaivering faith and love for her family will live forever in their hearts. VISITATION AT THE WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME 1700 Tecumseh Rd East on Wednesday from 2 - 5 & 7-9 PM. Prayers Wednesday 7:30 PM. Relatives and friends are requested to meet at Our Lady of the Atonement ( 2940 Forest Glade Dr.) on Thursday August 21, 2008 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral mass at 10:30 AM.
