Obituary of Marjorie McDonald

McDONALD, Marjorie 1913-2008 94 years. Passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at Malden Park. Beloved wife of the late Rev. John McDonald (1987). Loving mother of Esther and Wes Elgie of Windsor; Mary Ann and Jack Cook of Leamington; Linda Stenman and Dwayne of Michigan; Sharon and George Hope of Merlin, Ruth and Bill Cook of Wheatley; Jean and Paul Jolicoeur of Norwood. She will be greatly missed by her 12 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. Dear sister to surviving sisters Ada Pierce and Edna Brown of Petrolia. Mrs. McDonald was a member of Parkwood Gospel Temple. Friends will be received at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. on Sunday, March 16, 2008 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Relatives and friends will be received for visitation at Parkwood Gospel Temple (3005 Temple Drive) on Monday, March 17, 2008 from 12 p.m. until time of time of service at 1 p.m. Pastor Mark Hazzard officiating. Interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to Teen Challenge or Gideons International .
