Obituary of Alma Catherine Machina

MACHINA, Alma Catherine (nee Schisler) Alma Machina passed away peacefully, at the age of 91, on Saturday, February 1, 2020 in West Bloomfield, Michigan, surrounded by her family and her loving caregiver, Maria. Born in Regina, Saskatchewan to the late Anna and Joseph Schisler. She is reunited with her beloved husband John Machina (2003). Devoted mother of Mark Machina, the late Diane Machina-Goad (2018) and Karen (Larry) Marszalec. Proud grandmother of Taylor Goad and Brandon Goad. Alma adored her beautiful great-granddaughter, Olivia Goad. Dear sister to Doreen and Michael G. Solcz and the late Helen and Joseph Sabo. Memorial visiting will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 from 10 am until time of Memorial Service at 11 am in the Chapel with Fr. Greg Bonin officiating. Inurnment to take place at a later date. Donations made in memory of Alma made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital are welcomed and appreciated by the family.
