Obituary of Mary Lou Brownlee

On March 15, 2024 at the age of 91, Mary Lou passed away peacefully at home with her daughter at her side.

Mary Lou was predeceased by her cherished husband Kenneth and son Mark. She leaves behind her dearly loved children Diane Chauvin (Peter) and Ken Brownlee.

Mary Lou's greatest joy was her five grandchildren Brandon and Devon Coutts and Carl (Mieke), Nick (Beth) and Zack Chauvin.

Dear sister of Nelson and Raymond (Leslie) Soulliere and predeceased by siblings Madeleine, George, Lawrence and Leo. Dear sister-in-law of Louis Renaud. Mary Lou is survived by many treasured nieces, nephews and grand nieces and grand nephews.

Mary Lou was fiercely determined to enjoy the last year of her life to the fullest. Despite her cancer diagnosis, she enjoyed all of the family events and loved to go for her daily walks in the neighbourhood, where she gave a smile and a wave to everyone she saw.

Memorial visiting will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E.) on Saturday March 30th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. until the time of the Celebration of Life at 1:00 p.m. Inurnment at Heavenly Rest.
