Obituary of Jennie Mackin

MACKIN, Jennie (nee Tereschuk) Passed away peacefully, with her family at her side, at Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital, Friday April 10, 2009. Dearest wife of the late Thomas Mackin. Beloved daughter of the late Thomas and Christina Tereschuk. Cherished mother of Bridget and husband Bob Colquhoun, Tom and wife Randy and Judy Walls. Always loved and cherished by grandsons Sean Colquhoun, David and Jeff Mackin and Jamille and Justin Walls. Jennie is predeceased by brothers Morris Tereschuk, Tom Bozak, sisters Nellie Tycholiz, Rose Kakoczki and Mary Hickey. Jennie is survived by her baby sister Inez and husband Al Barbesin. Dear aunt to many nieces and nephews. Jennie lived a long life, full of love and laughter, and touched the hearts of many friends old and new. Special thanks to the medical staff of Hotel Dieu Grace Hospital for the kindness and respect shown to our mother and to us during this difficult time. Visiting at the WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 1700 Tecumseh Rd. E., on Tuesday April 14, 2009 from 2 - 5 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. Funeral Service to celebrate Jennie's life, will be held Wednesday April 15, 2009, at 11:30 a.m. at the Windsor Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Victoria Memorial Gardens, into the loving care of Baba.
