June 18, 1965 - August 31, 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Liliana Cristina Monica Pernasilici on August 31, 2026 at the age of 61. Cherished mother to Monica Pulleybank (Trevor Wynn) with who she shared a special and loving bond. Lily was welcomed into heaven by her parents Giovanni and Josefina (nee. Fina) Pernasilici and her sister Betty Tedesco (nee. Pernasilici) and her brother in-law Tony Tedesco. Cherished friend to Wendy, Phil, Michelle, Sandy, Shelia, Earl, Barb, and Cindy and those who supported "Team Lily" and assisted with the "Hope for Lily" fundraiser. Your kindness and support will always be fondly remembered. Loving aunt to Maggie White and Shawn Pernasilici. Liliana was a known Chocolatier in Windsor crafting beautiful and delicious chocolate creations. Liliana is peacefully reunited with her loved ones in Heaven, where she continues to watch over and guide us as our guardian angel. Special thank you to the gentlemen at Silverline, your generosity and love.
