Obituary of Elaine Mary St. Jean

With saddened hearts the family of Elaine Mary St. Jean announce her passing on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of the late Howard St. Jean. Loving mother of Trudy Crilley (Shawn), Jeannine Butt (Andy), and the late Blaine St. Jean (Jenn). Cherished grandma of Nicole Taylor (Derrick), Danielle Crilley (Brandon), and Lindsay Newell, and great-grandma of Jayden, Jasmyn, Matteo, and Micah. Dear sister of the late Lorraine, Valerie, Judy, Blaine, Vicky, Randy, and Rene. Elaine will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Deeply loved by her dogs Chewy and the late Taffy. Predeceased by her parents Wilfred and Ilene Auger. Elaine was a woman of many hobbies, she loved to crochet and knit, and was an avid gardener and baker. Above all else she loved spending time with her family, especially her daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and sisters. Family and friends will be received at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd. E. 519-253-7234) on Monday, June 15, 2026 from 11:00am - 12:00pm. A funeral service to immediately follow at 12:00pm. Cremation to follow. Donations in Elaine’s memory can be made to the Hospice of Windsor Essex or the Canadian Cancer Society.
