It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Joanne at the age of 57 years. Loving partner of William "Bill" Harshaw. Predeceased by her loving son Ethan Carter Shepherd (2018). Loving daughter to Su Tan and Hiep Nguyen. Loving sister of Trina (Tom) Nguyen, Kimberly (Daniel) Nguyen, Le-Thanh (Kris) Nguyen-Petrov, Danny (Mong) Nguyen. She will be sadly missed by all of her nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and co-workers. Cremation has taken place. At her request, there will be a private service for family however a Celebration of Life will take place on Wednesday, May 27 from 6-8pm.at the WINDSOR CHAPEL (Banwell Chapel) 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E.
