Obituary of Maria Filomena Farina

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Maria Farina, who died peacefully on May 18, 2026, at the age of 60. She was surrounded by the love of her family and will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and enduring love for family and friends.

Maria was a devoted and loving mother to Dominique (Claudio), to whom she was her greatest supporter and confidante-a constant source of love, strength, and guidance. Maria gave herself selflessly, always ensuring that Dominique’s happiness and success were at the heart of everything she did.

Cherished daughter of Carolina Farina and the late Gaetano Farina (2026). She is now reunited with her beloved father.

Dear sister to Onorio Farina (Anne), Valerio Farina, and Gina Kuehfuss (Jurgen).

Proud and caring aunt to Jeramiah Farina, Zachariah Farina, Jacob Farina, Dylan Farina, Noah Kuehfuss, and Ryan Kuehfuss, all of whom she loved deeply and will be missed.

Adored and loved wholeheartedly by Ivy Demarco, Colby Demarco (godson), and the Demarco family.

She will also be deeply missed by Joe Fratangeli, her PBL ladies, her golf ladies, and many others.

Maria touched countless lives with her kindness, warmth, and generosity. She had a remarkable way of making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and she left a lasting impression on all who knew her.

Her passing leaves a tremendous void that will be deeply felt by her family, extended family and many friends, all of whom she held close to her heart.

She will be remembered always for her love, her strength, and the light she brought into the lives of others.

Forever loved, forever missed.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519-253-7235) on Sunday, May 24th, 2026, from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday, May 25th, 2026, at 10:00am, followed by entombment at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
