Obituary of Nidaa Al-Mimar

AL-MIMAR, Nidaa Zaki

July 1, 1954 - April 19, 2026

With faith in the Resurrection and hope in eternal life, we announce the passing of the blessed servant of God, Nidaa Zaki Al- Mimar, on April 19, 2026. Beloved wife of Faris Ibrahim Al-Durzi and loving mother of Alhan Faris Al-Durzi and her husband Fadi Raad Sabeh, Luay Faris Al-Durzi and his wife Ann Salem Mattloob, and Hanan Faris Al-Durzi and her husband Laith Kakoz. Nidaa has gone home to be with the Lord. Her earthly journey has ended peacefully, and we rejoice knowing she is now in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

A visitation will take place Monday, April 27, 2026 from 10:30-11:00am at St. Simeon Stylites Melkite Catholic Church, 8700 Jerome St., followed by the Funeral Mass at 11:00am. Procession to Heavenly Rest Cemetery for Interment 5005 Howard Ave. Following the interment, all are invited to return to the church hall for the Mercy Meal. The family will receive condolences there until 7:00pm.

We ask the Lord to grand her eternal rest in His heavenly kingdom and to comfort her family and loved ones. May her memory be eternal.
