Obituary of Walter Pandolfi

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Walter Pandolfi at the age of 92. Loving spouse and best friend to Santina for 65 years. Proud father of the late Giovanni (2023, Julie) and Francesca Scussolin (Paul). Cherished Nonno to Samantha (Jake), Anthony, Jenna and Joey, and Nonnuc to Harper. Brother to Luigi (Rossana), the late Agnessa (late Adriano), Mario (Laura), Sivanna (Ernesto), and Ida (Leo). Brother-in-law to the late Giuseppe (late Giuseppina), the late Filippo (late Rossina), Anna (late Vincenzo), the late Lorenzo (Clementina), and Tony (Teresa). Walter will be deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

Born in Ceccano Italy, Walter arrived in Canada in 1965, where he began working for Harris Rebar as an Iron Worker with Local 700, before retiring in 1995. Walter was a gentle soul, with a smile that was his trademark expression. He enjoyed tending to his vegetable garden and putting his handyman skills to use for his family, whom he loved above all else.

Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – South Chapel (3048 Dougall Ave) (519-253-7236) on Sunday March 8th 2026 from 2pm-5pm and 6pm-8pm. Visitation will continue at the funeral home the following day, Monday March 9th 2026, from 10am until the time of Chapel Service at 11am. Entombment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery (5005 Howard Ave).
