It is with great sadness and broken hearts that we announce the passing of Albert at the age of 73 years on February 4, 2026. Beloved husband of 29 years to Yvonne. Cherished father of Melanie, Michelle, Angie LaFeir (Jerry), and AJ (Rhonda). Proud Papa Al of Lauren, Taylor, Natalie, Zoey, Ethan, Annabelle, Latisha, T.J., Destiny and great-grandchild Aaliyah. Dear brother of Pat Anger (John), Barb Price (Ron), Johnny Lindsey (Sherry, 2023), Tommy Lindsey (1978), Ricky Lindsey (Lori), Gordon Jr. Lindsey (Jackie), and brother-in-law of Wayne Gouin (Shirley), Clairette Gouin, Ron Gouin (Roxanne), Allan Gouin (Colleen), Julie Beaudoin (Ricky), and Laurie Jan Bridges (Mike). Predeceased by his parents, Theresa (2021) and Gordon Lindsey (2023), and in-laws Lawrence (1996) and Bella (2003) Gouin. Albert will be missed by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.
Pappy enjoyed many of life’s simple pleasures, especially bowling and wrestling, where he excelled and proudly brought home numerous awards throughout the years. He loved being involved in his children’s lives and spent countless hours coaching softball and soccer, always encouraging teamwork, confidence, and fun. At home, he could often be found cheering on his favourite teams, the New York Islanders on the ice and the Toronto Blue Jays on the field.
Above all, Pappy will be remembered for his kind heart and generous spirit. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, a proud grandfather, and a supportive brother. His warmth, humour, and unwavering love touched all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be deeply and forever missed.
