MORIN-GANNON, Bernadette “Bernie” (nee Jones)
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on January 21, 2026, at the age of 79. Beloved wife to Edmond “Vern” Gannon for over 40 years. Loving mother of Robert and Jean-Paul “John” (Tina). Cherished grandma to Cheyenne Morin (Paul), Kayla Ryan, Mikaela Morin (Nik) and great-children Brysan and Aurora. Daughter of the late Thomas and Mabel Jones. Loving sister to late Edna (late Jim), Kathleen (late Stan), Veronica (Ken), late Patrick (late Susan), Frederick and Linda. Sister-in-law to late Wayne, Al, Bob, late Peter, Larry and Max. She is survived by many nieces, nephews and extended family. Bernie is also remembered by her lifelong friends of Doris and Anne.
She worked and retired from St. Clair College, after many years. Family was the centre of Bernie's world - she was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend, cherishing every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. Her commitment to her church was inspiring, she was volunteer at Our Lady of Atonement and always ready to lend a hand. Her dedication was not just through her actions but also through her presence; being a source of comfort and strength to those who knew her.
