Obituary of Florence "Tootsie" Price

With saddened hearts the family of Florence “Tootsie” Price announce her passing on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at the age of 91. Reunited with her beloved husband Ray.  Loving mother to Chuck and wife Suzanne; and David and wife Luann. Will be sadly missed by her grandchildren Charlene and husband Jason, Cheryl and husband Shane, Lisa, Tanya, and Shana-Rae; and 10 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Carol Donne and the late Dave, Sally Malcolm and the late Doug, the late Henry, the late Connie, the late Murt, and the late Barb. Cherished sister-in-law to Rawn and Grace (late Helen); the late Carl and Barb; the late Ed and the late Linda; and Bill and Sandy, Bonnie Price, and Al Kostuick. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Tootsie will be fondly remembered by her many friends. A special thank you to Gale Emsile for the help in Tootsie’s care.

Arrangements entrusted to Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Central Chapel (1700 Tecumseh Rd.
