Obituary of Judy Hayes

It is with heavy hearts that we announce Judy passed away peacefully after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Judy leaves behind her loving husband of 54 years, Larry and her children Jennifer Weedon (Mark) and Matthew (Johnathan), as well as her best friends of 70+ years, Pam and Dar. Predeceased by her loving parents, Phil and Hazel Masse.

Judy was a graduate of St. Mary’s academy where she then went on to practice nursing at Grace Hospital in Windsor for a number of years. After the kids were well into their school days, Judy went to work at Grand West Dental in Chatham where she retired after 20+ years. Judy loved to travel, especially on the back of the motorcycle with Larry, as well as boating on Lake St. Clair with friends and family.

The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Riverside Place for their compassion and care.

Memorial visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235), on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 10 am until time of Celebration of Life at 12:00 pm, in the Chapel.
