Obituary of Charlotte Wilkinson

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Tante Charlotte.

She has been called home and is now reunited with her cherished parents, Hugo and Amalia Koslowski. Charlotte will be deeply missed by her devoted brother, Eric Koslowski, as well as her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

She was predeceased by her beloved sister, Ingrid Steffen. Charlotte held close to her heart Karl and Diane, Marybeth, and the many dear friends she made throughout her life. A spirited euchre player, she found great joy in card games and puzzles, always bringing warmth and laughter to the table.

Her career began at the Chrysler Windsor Spring Plant before she transitioned into sales, where she remained for many years. In retirement, Charlotte embraced life fully—traveling, golfing, and giving generously of her time. She was a dedicated volunteer with First Lutheran Christian Academy and Bibles for Missions, always guided by her faith and compassion.

I am especially grateful to my sister Ursula for her unwavering support during Charlotte’s final journey. A heartfelt thank you to Pam Steffen for the countless hours she spent caring for Charlotte and for always being there when it mattered most. We also extend our sincere appreciation to the staff at Extendicare for their care and kindness during Charlotte’s time with them.

To our family and friends—thank you for your continued love, support, and comforting presence during this time of loss. We were truly blessed to have Tante Charlotte in our lives, and her memory will forever live on in our hearts.
