Obituary of Kenneth Parent

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ken Parent, at the age of 73. He is reunited with his parents Loraine and Barnaby, and his brother Tony. Loving father of Benjamin (Nicole) and Corey (Carolyn), caring grandfather to Taylor (Andrew), Ayden, Cole, Cloe and Caleb, dear great grandfather to Norah. Survived by his siblings Elaine (Don) Damphouse, Roland (Josie) Parent, Anne Beausoleil, Tim (Sol) Parent, David Parent, and his sister in law Carol. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

Kenny was a golf champion in Essex County, as well as a very caring member of his community who loved to help others. Ken was a pioneer and longtime member of the Second Chance Ministry and Brentwood Recovery Home. In his free time, Ken loved to go on walks in nature and play golf.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to his nephew John Parent who has been very Kind and helpful during these trying times.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519-253-7235). Visitation will be held at St. Anne’s Parish (12233 Tecumseh Rd E) on Wednesday November 5th, 2025 from 10am until time of the funeral Mass at 11am.
