Obituary of Ray Beausoleil

It is with great sadness that the children of Raymond (Ray) Beausoleil announce his passing on October 29, 2025, at the WRH Met Campus at the age of 84. He was a lifelong resident of Tecumseh ON. Ray was the son of the late Louis (1979) and Elmire Beausoleil (née Savoie, 1996). Beloved husband of the late Diane Beausoleil (née Rogers, 2001), and loving and cherished father of Kevin and Jeff. Proud Pépé to Tiffany and Kyle Beausoleil-Cornish, Payton and Tanner Beausoleil. Grand-Pépé to Seth, Brody, and Axel. Dear brother to the late Drena and Warde Wilson, late Roland and Pearl, late Norman, late Agnes and Gene Baillargeon, late Roy and surviving wife Sharron, late Cecile and Bob Dowhan, late Ruth Ann and Jean-Claude Bégin, Charlie and Carol, Dianne and late Jim Roberts, John and Diane, Carol, late Wilfred, Phil and late Linda, late Janice and Gary Pruyn, Marc and Anne-Marie. Also loved by many nieces and nephews. Ray retired after 30 years at Chrysler Canada (1995) and was an active member of the Tecumseh Royal Canadian Legion BR #261. He was a well-established mechanic and the proud owner of Ray’s Complete Automotive Repair since 1981. Fixing things for others was his lifelong passion. The family would like to thank WRH Met Campus’ ICU unit for their compassionate care of Ray. There will be a service for Ray at Windsor Chapel - Banwell Funeral Home at 11 am on Monday November 3, 2025, followed by interment at St. Anne’s Cemetery. Casual dress requested. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 261 Poppy Fund.
