Obituary of Deda Fran Shkreli

It is with broken hearts we announce the passing of Deda Fran Shkreli, a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. Beloved husband of Leze Shkreli (nee Djonovic). Loving and devoted father to Hana (Pashko), Vicky (Chad), & Dee-Dee (Paul) and Babi to Jacob, Ava, Zoe & Oliver. Dear brother of the late Nua, the late Gjoka, the late Katrina, Luigji, Agja, the late Nikola, Marku, Kanto & Dranja. He will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Deda was a hardworking family man; he dedicated 30 years of service as a welder to Ford Motor Company. He loved the beach, joking & playing with his grandkids, making raki, gardening, bringing together the Windsor - Albanian community, and above all, his family.  

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home- South Chapel, 3048 Dougall Avenue (519-253-7236), on Sunday, October 26, 2025, from 3:00pm to 9:00pm with parish prayers at 7pm. Visitation will continue at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 804 Grand Marais Road East, on Monday, October 27, 2025 from 10am to the time of the funeral mass at 11am. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
