In Loving Memory of Jim Menzies
It’s hard to put into words what Jim Menzies meant to me. He wasn’t just my boss—he was the best boss anyone could ever hope for. More than that, he was my closest friend.
Jim had a way of making everyone feel seen, heard, and valued. He led with kindness, always putting people first. He didn’t just care about the work—we all knew he truly cared about us. He believed in me, supported me through every high and low, and became one of the most important people in my life.
He had a sharp wit, a warm heart, and a calming presence that made tough days a little easier. Whether it was a quick joke to lighten the mood or a quiet check-in when things felt heavy, Jim just knew how to show up for people.
Losing him feels like losing a part of myself. But I’m so grateful for the time I had with him, the lessons he taught me, and the friendship we shared. He made a difference—in my life, and in the lives of so many others.
Rest easy, Jim. You’ll always be with me.
