Obituary of Bernadette Carmen Lucier
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bernadette Carmen Lucier (née Borg), who passed away peacefully at Windsor Regional Hospital – Metropolitan Campus on Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the age of 75.
Beloved wife of the late Stanley Lucier (2017). Mother of Jeffrey (Laura). Loving grandmother of Tyler (Angel), Kyle, and Alexis, and proud great-grandmother to Cohen, Caden, and Caleb, who were the light of her life.
Born in Malta, Bernadette was the daughter of the late Paul and Mary Borg. Dear sister of Lydia (Dave), and predeceased by her sisters Antoniette (2012), Josephine (2014), and Marydolores (2017), who have now welcomed her with open arms. She will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.
Bernadette will be remembered for her warmth, her devotion to family, and the kindness she extended to everyone she met. Her fiesty spirit and loving heart will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by all who knew her.
Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel – Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd E., Windsor, on Thursday, October 16, from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., with prayers at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow, with a private family interment at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens at a later date.
