Obituary of Theodore "Ted" Wayne Storey

It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Theodore “Ted” Storey on October 1, 2025. Loving husband and best friend to Ann for over 60 years. Cherished father to Mark Storey and MaryAnn (late Wayne) Gough. Reunited in heaven with his parents Bill and Margaret Storey. He is survived by sister Grace Strevett and brother-in-law Rev. Cam (Hanna) Willson. He will be deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Ted loved riding his bike and walking around Windsor. He would always walk to McDonalds in the early morning to make sure he had his morning coffee. Ted was a dedicated member of the Parkwood Gospel Church. Ted started at the Downtown University Gospel Temple as a custodian before coming to Parkwood Gospel Church where he continued to work for many years. Ted owned his own Barber shop for many years before closing. Above all else, Ted loved family more than anything and always made sure to put them first. Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL (Central Chapel) 1700 Tecumseh Rd E. (519-253-7234) on Friday, October 10, 2025 from 11:00 am until the time of the funeral service in the chapel at 12:00 pm. Interment to follow at Victoria Memorial Gardens.
