Obituary of David Morton

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of David John Morton, who peacefully passed away at home on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, at the age of 69.

Beloved husband of 45 years to Margaret Morton. Loving father of Richard (Stef) and Sheila (Jeff). Cherished grandfather of Nyx, Clara, and Abigail. Dear brother of Robert (Marion), Barb, and June (Ken), and brother-in-law of Diane (late Rob), Iain (Kim), and Brian (late Terry). David will be deeply missed by his many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

He will be remembered for his many years of dedicated service as a technician with IBM, as well as for his passion for golf.

Cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Wednesday November 5, 2025 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Windsor Chapel Banwell, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, Windsor.

In lieu of flowers, donations made in David’s memory to the Friends of Ojibway Prairie would be sincerely appreciated.
