Dear Sons and family, It was with heavy heart that I learned of your Mom's passing in the Windsor Star today and I was a day late in reading it so I missed today's service for her and I want to say she was to me a wonderful friend and fellow nurse. We worked together at Ford Motor Company and she was so supportive of me during a personal diffult time in my life.. I later saw her at Met Hospital when my John was a patient there as was your Dad, Al, and Mom and I ended up on the elevator together during one of our visits/ we had a nice chat and got caught up on things. I missed her this year at our Grace Alumnae dinner and thought about her even as recently as last week as to where she was and how she was. She was indeed a lovely lady and both John and I are assured that she is ringing those bells in heaven!!!! RIP Mary Lou Fondly, John and Arlene Poulton

Sending thoughts and prayers to the Hilton family on the loss of your Mom and Grandmother. Mary Lou was such a wonderful, warm hearted lady; loved by all who knew her.
I was fortunate to have your Mom enter my life early in retirement. We fast became friends and, as your Dad would say, " back street neighbours" 25 years ago.
Mary Lou was always there for me with a shoulder fro support or some sage advice when needed. I have fond memories of cruising across an ocean or just ordinary coffee visits at our local Tim's.
I'm sure your Dad welcomed your Mom with flowers and one of his magnificent hugs on their 63 rd anniversary.
Rest in Peace dear Friend

Craig and family,
The Hiltons were a fixture at our church since my age had only 1 digit. I am sorry for your loss and I will miss Mary Lou sitting in the pew in front of us. I hope you will somehow stay connected to the church that your Mom and Dad held so dear.

To Mary Lou's Dear Family
I want you to know your whole family is in my thoughts and prayers, just as your "Mom" has been. She was a most special lady to me, as she mentored me, guiding me through my long journey two years after hers began. I loved her as a special friend.
Hugs and warm thoughts and prayers come your way, Florence Ritchie and my desr husband, Ladd.
We shared our 50th Anniversary trip with your Mom and Dad thirteen years ago, so I knew God had blessed her again on their special date.

My sincere sympathy to each of you on the death of your and our dear Mary Lou. She faced her illness for years with courage and determination and was an example to each person who knew her.
She loved you, the members of her family and her beloved Albert, unconditionally, and you were the center of her world. How proud she was of each of you and all your accomplishments.
Mary Lou was my dearest friend and we enjoyed such interesting and happy times together as she showed me Essex County and we shared times together. I made a visit to Windsor at the end of August and we had a brief visit in her room. We both realized that we were saying goodbye".
How fortunate we all are to have such kind and loving memories of such a special person in our lives.
With gratitude and sympathy.
