Obituary of Ronald Howard Grossett

At the age of 80, on September 19, 2025, passed away in the palliative care unit at Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare. Beloved husband of Gail (nee Hunt) for 56 years. Loving father of Ronald Grossett (Tina), and Nicole McCosh (Greg). Proud Papa to Adam and Somer Grossett and Mitchell, and Eve McCosh. Predeceased by his father Joseph and mother Marjorie Grossett, and father-in-law Charlie Hunt and mother-in-law Helen Hunt-LaMarsh (Marvin). Dear brother of late Barbara McMillan (Bob), late Douglas Grossett (Donna), late Brian Grossett (late Barbara), Margaret Bauer (Ron), Jim Grossett (Peggy) (late Barbara), and brother-in-law of Torrie Wright (Steven). He is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Ron was the former sales manager of McCourt Cartage, and member of the Windsor Transportation Club. He was a Real Estate Agent for 27 years with Century 21 and Ren-Cen.

The family would like to thank the staff at WRH - Met 6th and 7th floor, as well as the Hotel Dieu Grace Healthcare - Palliative Care for all their dedicated care and compassion.

Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME - BANWELL CHAPEL, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235) on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, from 10:00 am until time of Chapel Service at 12:00 pm. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest Cemetery.
