Obituary of Ilias "Louis" Koufalis

Passed away suddenly at the age of 82, on July 28, 2025. Beloved husband of 58 years to Chrysanthi. Cherished father of Voula Koufalis and Marietta Jones (Ralph). Proud Pappou of Stamatis, Ilias, Luka, Niko, Andrew and Charlie. He will be missed by many extended family and friends.

Louis was the proud owner and founder of Louis Restaurant up until his retirement in 2014. During his retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his grandsons and vacationing in his hometown of Kalithies, Rhodes, Greece.

Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME - Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235), on Sunday, August 17, 2025, from 4 -8 pm. Thrice Holy Hymn Service will take place at 5:00 pm. The Funeral Service will take place on Monday, August 18, 2025, at Holy Cross Greek Orthodox Church (3052 Walker Rd.) at 10:00 am for the Funeral Service. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
